When will general admission tickets go on sale? GA tickets are on sale now!

When will the rest of the lineup be announced? The final announcement will take place this fall!

Where is 8123 Fest located? 8123 Fest will be located in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona at Margaret T. Hance Park!

What airport should I fly into? Phoenix Sky Harbor

When will other events be announced? All events will be announced later this fall! If you are looking to book a flight, please reference the announced schedule. All events will take place between January 19th - 24th with the “main” event taking place on January 22nd, 2022.

Will you be offering hotel deals? Yes, stay tuned for more info!

Where and when will I pick up my festival bundles? The festival bundles can be picked up any day between January 20th - 22nd. The location will be announced in the fall of 2021 along with more information to make your trip stress-free!

Are my tickets refundable? No. However, you can sell resell your tickets using a verified reseller site.

I ordered a bundle but I can’t attend all events! If you order a bundle but cannot attend all events… you will still be able to pick up your bundle any day at the box office!

What are the other events? The other events will be announced later but are trying to create more experiences for fans that are interested in music business, photography, non-profit work, etc. In addition, we will also be announcing several sideshows from other special guests.

What events and concerts does my bundle order include? All bundles include access to the pre-show, 8123 Fest, and official festival afterparty! You will also receive “first access” to purchase additional special events. As well as access to all free events including the meet and greet (TBD).

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS We will announce full plans later this fall. As we adapt to a new world with COVID-19, we have learned that rules are constantly changing.

Our goal is to create a safe experience for all! We will have further updates that will be released in October & we will continue to update protocols as we get closer to the event.

At this time, the festival will require a negative covid test within 72 hours of the event or proof of vaccination.
